Question: How do I navigate around the site to find Items that I would be interested in?

Answer:  Here we have the Main page of our website where you have access to everything you need. You can surf through any of our 5000+ items by scrolling through, and clicking on the categories on the left (as shown below by the pointing hand).

Question:  Do I have to use the navigation bar to find the products that I'm looking for every time?

Answer:  No. In fact, for faster surfing we have included a search feature for you to use at your pleasure. The search tool searched our database of products, and provides links for you to click on to get to those products quickly. If you'd like to find a certain kind of item by name, then type it in the search box (as shown below by the pointing hand), and click the 1st grey search button (Search by Name). If you would like to search by description, or number, type your request in the search box, and click the 2nd grey search button (Search by Description)

Question:  Ok. I've found Items that I really like, how do I buy them?

Answer:  If you find Items that you like, you can click the 1st grey button, the Add to Basket button (as shown below by the pointing hand) to add them to your Shopping Basket, so you can continue shopping, and do a final checkout when you are finished shopping.

Question:  I've been surfing through the website for awhile, how can I view my basket to see what my total is?

Answer:  If you would like to View your Basket at any time during your surfing, you can click the 2nd grey button, the View Basket button (as shown below by the pointing hand). From here you can remove items you have changed your mind about, and calculate your shipping and tax so you can keep surfing. 

Question:  I keep coming across Items that I think I am interested in, but I'm not quite sure if I want to buy them just yet. How can I save those items so I can view them later without having to navigate the entire site?

Answer:  If you come across an Item, that you like, and would like to view it a little later without navigating through the entire site again, click the 3rd grey button, the Add to Favorites button (as shown below by the pointing hand).

Question:  OK, I've gone through the site, and found lots of items that I'd like to purchase. How do I see my totals, and purchase these Items now?

Answer:  When you have selected all of the items you would like to purchase, and you are ready to checkout, then go to the Checkout page. It will give you the total of all the items you have in your basket, and calculate the shipping and tax for you. Then read the terms and conditions, and check the "I accept terms and conditions" box. Then select your method of payment (as show by the 1st pointing hand), and click next (as shown by the 2nd pointing hand below). By clicking the Next button, it will redirect you to the secure transaction page, depending on the payment option you have selected. Our Secure Transactions are 100% secure, encrypting all data sent, so all of your personal information is private, and  unavailable to anyone else.

Question: Is there anything else that I need to know to make my shopping experience better, and easier?
