Returns will not be honored if merchandise is altered in any manner. Must be in original packaging.

We accept no returns or claims after 10 days after invoice date, no exceptions.

Returns are subject to $15.00 or 15% handling charge, which ever is greater.

We will refuse returns without return authorization number. Retain the authorization number with your order.

Returns will be refused by our warehouse without return authorization number. Return authorization number must be plainly written on box near shipping label.

Shipping charges for returning items are to be prepaid; we do not pay or are responsible for any shipping charges due to returned items back to our loading docks

We do not accept returns on body Jewelry. There are serious sanitary issues and disease transmission concerns associated with returned body jewelry. 

Normally it takes from 5 up to 15 working days to process a return i.e. if there are a lot different products & correspondence with our factories if an item is defective

Closeouts:
Closeouts are as is and are not returnable.
